Im Frontend wird das Widget nicht mehr angezeigt, im Admin funktioniert die Konfigurationsseite nicht mehr.

Das Plugin läuft bei uns problemlos. Beim Update der App kam es aber genau zu den gleichen Fehler wie auch bei den vorangegangenen Bewertungen.

Wir haben uns dann über das Shopware Backend mit dem Support in Verbindung gesetzt und innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine funktionierende Lösung bekommen.

Das Plugin hat wiederholt verschiedene DEV Shops oder in Entwicklung befindliche Projekte aus heiterem Himmel mit nicht sinnvoll zu deguggenden Fehlermeldungen abgeschossen - zum Glück waren bislang keine produktiven Shops betroffen . Das hat uns trotzdem schon unglaublich viel Zeit, Geld und Nerven gekostet.

Bei der aktuellen Version des Plugins wird das Siegel nicht mehr angezeigt, bei der Version zuvor kann man die Konfiguration nicht mehr öffnen!

Leider wird das Widget nicht mehr angezeigt. Das Problem besteht schein nun seit Wochen, ohne das ein Fix bereitgestellt wird.

Wenn es endlich nach lange Zeit bekommt man installiert, geht die Konfiguration nicht auf. Wo zu sollen wir Trusted Shops zahlen, wenn ich meine Bewertungen nicht anzeigen kann.

Funktioniert nicht im Standard-Mehrsprachigkeitssetup von Shopware 6: ein Verkaufskanal mit mehrere Sprachen. Der Support von Trusted Shop bezeichnet dies als Sonderfall und empfiehlt eine Custom-Integration, bei der Core-Dateien im Vendor-Verzeichnis geändert werden müssen. Dies ist jedoch nicht zielführend, da diese Dateien zum einen bei jedem Update überschrieben werden. Zum anderen bietet diese Custom-Lösung nur den Trusted Shop Badge sowie die Checkout-Daten an. Wichtige Elemente wie das Bewertungskarussell oder die Produktbewertungen fehlen.

Seit unserem Wechsel am 16.01.23 funktioniert das Plugin nicht. Auch der Support tut sich schwer. Kontakt zum Support haben wir dann am 20.02.2023 aufgenommen, seit dem wird zwar vieles versucht aber einen Abschluss haben wir bis heute nicht erreichen können.
Wir haben dem Team diverse Zugänge gewährt und einiges an Zeit, neben der normalen Arbeit, investiert. Es ist inzwischen wirklich schon frustrierend, zumal weiterhin eine nicht unerhebliche Summe berechnet wird.
Wir sind gespannt wann wir wirklich einen Haken hinter dieses Vorhaben machen können.
