The easiest way to install Videoly is as simple as copy-pasting a JavaScript tag once anywhere to your Shopware product page template.
Automatic video embedding

How long does it take for videos to appear next to my products?

Products enter our database as they are visited in your online store. So, when the product is visited by one of your customers, it enters our database. This triggers the search for relevant video content.

How does Videoly curate videos?

Quality assurance of videos consists of technical and human validation. Videoly’s Curation Team is at the heart of our aim to provide quality, relevant video content to your product pages. We strongly believe in the added value of the human eye in complementing automated validation to ensure we only provide the most relevant videos to your online store. Our curation team’s efforts ensure the delivery of high-quality video content in a way fully automated processes cannot. This process happens after you install Videoly.

Will I see broken YouTube links in the widget?

Our widget automatically prevents broken YouTube links from being displayed. This means that any YouTube videos that have been taken down, are no longer embeddable or are simply no longer available will not be shown in the widget. We are also able to Grab and Hide videos that you have manually uploaded to your product pages.

How to position the widget on the product page?

We recommend placing the widget above the fold (for better watch rates) and in close proximity to the add-to-cart button. This can, of course, be changed by the website owner at any time. You can also use the widget placeholder to determine a different location for the widget on mobile.
