About the Extension

With the app you can set up customer-specific prices on defined articles.
There are three ways to define the customer-specific price:

in the administration on the article;
or at the customer;
or via total overview of all customer-specific prices.

In the administration, net prices are always entered. In the frontend, net or gross prices are displayed, depending on the customer group definition, if any.

You can activate and set currency conversion for customer-specific prices in the plugin configuration.

Import of prices via CSV

CSV file format:

productNumber;customerNumber;price;quantityStart;quantityEnd;discount

The import is possible via the admin area, as well as via the Shopware console using the command vio:customer:prices:import.

The app "API extension", which we developed for the comparable Shopware 5 app, is no longer required for Shopware 6 for the connection to commercial software solutions, since Shopware 6 automatically provides an API for all data models.

Wir nutzen das Plugin seit etwa 2 Monaten in unserem B2B-Shop um den Händlern kundenspezifische Preise anzubieten und sind bisher absolut zufrieden damit.

Obwohl wir knapp 2 Millionen Datensätze in der Tabelle mit den kundenspezifischen Preise haben, funktioniert das ganze sehr performant.

Anfangs hatten wir in SW 6.4.6 zwar noch ein Problem mit der Preisanzeige im Produkt-Slider, da hat uns der Support aber schnell und unkompliziert weitergeholfen und am gleichen Nachmittag noch ein Update rausgebracht. Seither funktioniert alles prima.

Sehr gutes Plugin, es funktioniert wie beschrieben und der Support nahm sich einen Erweiterungsvorschlag zu Herzen und setzte es innerhalb kürzester Zeit um.

Das Plugin funktioniert an sich wie es soll und performant und lässt sich per API ansprechen, auch die Funktion mehrerer Währungen wurde integriert!

Kundenspez. Preise funktioniert und ist definitiv performanter als der Standard über Preis-Regeln.
Leider fehlen Funktionen wie Filterung / Sortierung und am schlimmsten: der kundenspez. Preis wird nicht auf der Detailseite oder im Listing dargestellt.

Can I actually import the customer-specific prices via API? Where is this API documented?

In short: Yes, this is possible via the Shopware 6 API.

Long version:

As a rule, our VIO.Apps for Shopware 6 do not provide their own endpoints in the API because they are not necessary. All data available in the API is provided by the API generated by Shopware itself. This API basically provides CRUD operation (Create / Read / Update / Delete) on all entities and their data fields in Shopware.

Where do the import files have to be saved with which format for the automatic import of the prices? And what happens with the files afterwards, once the import has run through?

An automated import is possible by using the console command vio:customer:prices:import. This can usually be executed in a cronjob on the server.

A call would then look like this: bin/console vio:customer:prices:import import-file.csv

With the --delete option, the file is also deleted directly after the import.

Where the files are saved does not really matter when using the command.

The format corresponds to the same as it is used for the import in the administration.
