Galaxus article export
Create new opportunities for your company and
become part of the largest Swiss online department store now. Benefit
from the many years of e-commerce experience, the outstanding market

plugin was developed by BitBear GmbH.
Please note: Before installing the plugin, you must register
with Galaxus.
Product data
With this plugin you automatically transfer
your article data to Galaxus. High-quality product data enable Galaxus
to automate and make your products fully accessible to the customer in a
short time.
The plugin periodically creates (the default setting is 1x
daily) a product export from Shopware in .csv format and saves it on
the server. The periodicity can be adjusted in the settings, e.g. to
every 12 hours.

IMPORTANT
All adjustments to the supplied export templates are excluded
from support and will be charged according to the effort (CHF 190 /
hour)!

our hourly rate (CHF 190.-) based on the expenditure. If it turns out,
that the problem is with our plugin, you will of course receive free
support. Tob e able to support you efficiently and you can benefit from
free support, the following points must be guaranteed. We therefore ask
you to check these carefully in advance:
1. Have you installed the
current version for the respective Shopware version of the plugin?
2. Is
there a valid subscription for the plugin?
3. Does the problem also
occur in the Shopware standard theme and with deactivated third-party
plugins?
4. You or anyone else did not make any changes in the plugin itself?
