The customer can upload order attachments while placing the order.
The customers add comments while uploading order attachments.
The admin can see uploaded order attachments by the customer.
The admin can deny or accept uploaded order attachments.

About the Extension

With the Shopware Order Attachments module, the customer can upload the attachments in the orders while buying the products online. During the checkout process or after placing the order the customer can add the attachment(Images, PDF) in the order. The admin can accept or deny the attached file, after that the order status will be changed automatically. The admin can view, cancel, and accept the attachments uploaded by the customer.

What if the admin disapproves of the prescription?

If the admin can disapprove of the prescription then the customer can upload a new prescription file.

Is there any max file size limit for a prescription file?

The file size should be greater than 0 and less than 10 MB. The admin can configure/set the max prescription file size.

Does the customer add the prescription files after placing the order?

Yes, the customer can add prescription files along with order and after placing the order.

Is there any order attachment module for Shopware?

Yes, you can use our order attachments module for Shopware to attach prescription files in the orders.

How many prescription files the customer can upload?

The admin can set the maximum number of files 10 and the minimum one. And, the customer can upload prescription files configured by the admin.
