About the Extension

With the Trustami Product Review Premium Integration, product reviews from Trustami can be automatically imported into the Shopware review system. Unlike the classic Trustami integration, we have developed a solution that integrates reviews among regular product reviews. This plugin ensures that all reviews are always up-to-date and compliant by automatically removing blocked or deleted reviews.

We take into account the date of each review to maintain the correct order of reviews after an update. Additionally, specific login details can be configured per sales channel to integrate reviews from different Trustami accounts. Incomplete reviews can be completed with predefined default titles and descriptions.

Reviews are updated via a Shopware scheduler between 12 AM and 1 AM server time. During this process, all reviews are deleted and re-imported to ensure they are up-to-date. This also ensures that reviews that are blocked or deleted by Trustami are removed from the shop.
