This plugin prevents accidental double purchases and builds trust with your customers – perfect for shops selling consumables, refills or recurring items.
When a logged-in customer adds a product to the cart that was already purchased within a defined period (e.g. last 30 days), a discreet message appears in the cart.
You can customize the message to act as a reminder (“You’ve purchased this before”) or as a gentle upsell (“Consider the value pack instead?”).
All texts and styles are easily adjusted via the Shopware backend – no coding required.
Guest users are not tracked, making the solution fully GDPR-compliant.
