About the Extension

This plugin gives you full control over your store data through a powerful, profile-based import and export engine. Whether you need to migrate thousands of products, synchronize orders with an ERP system, or keep your customer database up to date, every workflow is covered.

Create reusable profiles for products, orders, customers and newsletter recipients. Choose between CSV, XML or Excel (XLSX) as your file format and configure field mappings with a visual drag-and-drop editor. An auto-detect feature matches file columns to store fields automatically, saving you setup time on every new data source.

Files can be transferred manually, pulled from an FTP, FTPS or SFTP server, or fetched directly from any HTTP or HTTPS URL. Wildcards are supported for FTP paths, so the system always picks the latest matching file. Recurring transfers can be fully automated using a flexible cron scheduler with presets or custom expressions.

Before any data is written, the built-in Test Run validates your mapping against a real file and shows a live preview of the first rows including a row-by-row status of what will be created, updated or skipped. A complete Job History tracks every run with progress indicators, duration, row counts and per-row error details.

The Mass Actions module lets you apply bulk changes to products and customers directly inside the administration, without touching a file at all. Activate or deactivate records, adjust prices by percentage or fixed amount, assign manufacturers, manage categories and permanently delete records, all in a single operation across any number of entries.
