Features

Activate / Deactivate - Set any number of products or customers to active or inactive in one step.
Bulk Delete - Permanently remove selected products or customers with a confirmation warning.
CSV Export - Export all fields including custom fields, properties, media URLs and line items to a UTF-8 CSV file.
Price Adjustment - Raise or lower prices by a percentage or fixed amount. Applies to base prices and all tiered / rule prices.
Set Manufacturer - Assign a manufacturer to all selected products at once using the entity selector.

Add to Category - Assign selected products to a category without removing any existing category assignments.
Remove from Category - Remove selected products from a specific category while preserving all other assignments.
Set Order Status - Transition order states through the state machine with full event and history logging.
Set Shipping Status - Update the delivery status of selected orders via the official state machine.
Search and Filter - Filter products by status, manufacturer, category, sales channel and date ranges. Filter orders by status and date.
Paste ID List - Paste a list of product numbers, email addresses or order numbers to select records without browsing.
Select All / Page / Custom - Select the current page, all filtered results, or a manually pasted set of IDs in any combination.
Live Export Progress - A progress bar shows how many records have been fetched during large exports.
Automatic Retry - Failed batch requests are retried up to three times with exponential backoff before reporting an error.

About the Extension

Every online shop reaches a point where individual record editing no longer scales. This plugin adds a dedicated Mass Actions module to the administration, enabling store managers to select any number of products, customers or orders using search, filters, or pasted ID lists, and apply powerful batch operations with a single click. All processing runs in small batches so memory and timeout limits are never a concern, even for catalogues with tens of thousands of entries. Exports are generated client-side in the browser with live progress tracking, requiring no temporary files on the server.
