About the Extension

Design invoices, delivery notes, credit notes and cancellations pixel-perfectly in your browser. The visual document editor replaces the default Twig templates with a drag-and-drop editor directly in the administration. Place text, images, tables, separators, QR codes, barcodes and custom HTML blocks freely on the page and adjust the position, size and style of each element individually. The built-in variable picker lets you insert dynamic data such as order numbers, customer details, addresses, line item fields or company information with a single click. The line item table supports automatic page breaks with a configurable number of rows per page. Elements can be repeated on all pages and given visibility conditions. Google Fonts can be downloaded directly in the administration and used immediately. A live preview shows the finished document with real or demo order data. Templates can be assigned per sales channel and language, with an intelligent fallback system that automatically selects the best matching template. Templates can be duplicated, exported as JSON and imported. Included starter templates for invoices and delivery notes make it easy to get started. The editor is also integrated into the native document settings and includes a dedicated documentation page.
