phpMyAdmin is a free and open source administration tool for MySQL and MariaDB. As a portable web application written primarily in PHP, it has become one of the most popular MySQL administration tools, especially for web hosting services.

Define your own phpMyAdmin configuration

If you want to make changes to the PHPMyAdmin configuration yourself, you can do this via the phpMyAdmin configuration file. This file can be found in the installation directory (defined via plugin configuration). The file is config.inc.php - see documentation here: https://docs.phpmyadmin.net/en/latest/config.html
