About the Extension

This plugin adds a powerful, profile-based export module to your shop administration. Create any number of export profiles for products, orders, customers or newsletter recipients, configure the output format (CSV, XML or XLSX) and define exactly which fields appear in the file through a visual column mapping editor. Every mapped field can be given a default value for empty rows, and the column order is freely adjustable by drag and drop. Exports can be downloaded manually from the job history or pushed directly to any FTP, FTPS or SFTP server. The integrated scheduler lets you automate recurring exports using standard cron expressions or convenient presets such as daily, weekly or monthly. Each export run is tracked as a job log entry with live progress, row counts, duration and per-row error inspection. Ready-to-use example profiles are installed automatically and cover common use cases like a full product catalogue export, a customer export for the last 30 days, and a nightly order export via FTP. All export data fields are documented in the built-in field reference.
