About the Extension
The plugin allows your customers to include additional delivery information such as contact person, phone number, exact description of the address, floor number, elevator available, building type, delivery period and include any additional comments. This can be added when logged into the customer account or at the checkout.This increases customer satisfaction by speeding up their deliveries.
In the plugin configuration the following is set:
- Activate fields
- Mark fields as required or not
- Enter HelpText
- Mark HelpText visible or not
- Front-end view for the information
