With the donation plugin you give your customers the option to donate to charitable organizations directly at checkout. Manage any number of organizations, offer fixed or freely selectable amounts and strengthen customer loyalty – fully controllable from the admin area.

How it works

At checkout your customer selects an organization and a donation amount
The donation appears as its own line item in the cart

Note: The donation is not taken into account when calculating the shipping costs of an order. If the donation is removed from the cart, it is marked as „deleted“ in the donation list.

Can the plugin be activated separately per sales channel?

Yes. The plugin fully supports activating or deactivating it per sales channel. Charities can also be created differently for each channel.

What happens to the donation if the customer empties the cart or cancels the order?

If the shopping cart is emptied, the donation is automatically removed. If an order is canceled, you can configure in the plugin settings whether the donation should also be canceled.

Where can I manage the charities for the donation campaigns?

Charities can be easily managed in the administration under Marketing → Donation. Here you can define titles, descriptions, images/banners, and preset donation amounts.

Can I use the plugin without the CNK Foundation plugin?

No. The CNK Foundation plugin is required as it provides essential core functionalities. Without it, the Donation – Charity plugin cannot be activated.

Does the plugin support multiple currencies and custom donation amounts?

Yes. In addition to predefined donation amounts, customers can enter custom amounts. The plugin also supports multi-currency shops.
