Product Reviews in the Customer Account – Rewarded with VouchersTurn satisfied customers into active reviewers. This plugin lets your customers rate the products they have purchased directly in their customer account – and automatically rewards every approved review with a voucher. The result: more authentic product reviews, stronger social proof and a real incentive that brings customers back to your shop.
⭐ How it works
- In the customer account under “Orders”, a “Rate now” button appears on every item not rated yet – as soon as the order and delivery status match your settings.
- The customer enters stars, title and text in a modal – without leaving the order overview.
- Once you approve the review in the administration, the customer automatically receives a personal voucher code by email.
- Not redeemed yet? You can resend the voucher at any time.
? More reviews thanks to clear prompts
- Info box above the orders: explains in three steps how to review and shows how many products are still waiting for a review.
- A review prompt on every product: “How do you like this product? Review it and get 10 % off” – reviewed products show “Already reviewed – thank you!”.
- Voucher value taken from your promotion: percentage (“10 % off”) or amount in the customer's currency (“a €5.00 voucher”). If the promotion is inactive or expired, the texts appear without a voucher promise.
- Info box, voucher hint and intro text configurable per sales channel; theme-neutral styling, optimised for mobile and accessible (from version 7.1.1 for Shopware 6.7).

- The voucher is based on a Shopware promotion with individual promotion codes.
- Percentage or fixed-amount vouchers, conditions and validity – exactly as your campaign requires.
- One unique single-use code per approved review, with a freely definable code pattern.
- The voucher email is a Shopware email template in German and English – subject and text fully adjustable.
