About the Extension

Techparts allows you to create an interactive spare parts catalogue with exploded views in your Shopware shop. This powerful plugin is the ideal solution for companies that offer spare parts and accessories for complex products, such as electronics, machines, vehicles or household appliances.

With Techparts, you simply upload your exploded view via the backend using the existing category structure and create hotspots for it using drag & drop.

You can then add one or more products and recommended quantities to these hotspots.

All drawings can be moved and enlarged so that the drawings and the hotspots are always clearly visible.

Below the drawing, a table of all assigned products is displayed in the storefront, where you can configure whether the hotspot index is also displayed.

There are many configuration options such as searching for drawings and exporting the drawing as a PDF.

The following configurations can be set in the plugin:

Use advanced search?
The Shopware search is extended and Techparts drawings are also searched and displayed in the search suggestions.
Use hotspot index?
When creating a hotspot in the backend, an "index" can be specified, which is usually the number on the drawing image at the location of the hotspot. When this function is activated, the "Index" is then also displayed in the product table in the storefront.
Use recommended quantity?
Optionally, a recommended quantity can be stored in the backend when creating a hotspot, for example if a spare part must be purchased twice. With this option, the recommended quantity can be displayed in the storefront.
Summarize products in spare parts list?
With this option, products can be grouped together in the product list under the drawing in the storefront. By default, multiple linked products would be displayed in the drawing. You can also choose whether the products are grouped by product number or by product number and hotspot index.
Drawing and table downloadable as PDF?
This creates a link to a PDF of the drawing and product table.
Hide prices in PDF
If this option is activated, the prices are not displayed in the PDF.
Add product to shopping cart when clicking on the hotspot
If this option is activated, the product is added to the shopping cart when the hotspot is clicked.
Hotspot popup when the mouse is removed from the hotspot
If this option is activated, the hotspot popup is hidden when the mouse is removed from the hotspot.
Custom CSS
Here you can enter your own CSS code, which is then loaded in the storefront on the drawing page.
