Important: Don't forget to compile the theme after saving the settings!

After changing and saving a configuration, the theme should be saved again. Only then are the newly set settings and changed variables updated in the storefront.

This is especially necessary when the settings affect the appearance of the extension in the storefront, such as a changed color or font size.

Tooltips Setting

The tooltips are stored in the administration of Shopware 6 in the area of the text modules: "Settings"> "Text modules"

For each icon there is a snippet, which can be set in all installed languages. As soon as the text module has a content, this is output as a tooltip in the frontend of the shop on the corresponding icon. If a tooltip should no longer be displayed, the value of the tooltip can be deleted.

In order to identify the text blocks (snippets) among the many blocks, the names of the blocks can be entered in the search: "zenit.shipping.icon" or "zenit.shipping.icon.dhl" for DHL icons

Combine / expand with payment icons

Optionally, you can use this extension to expand the payment methods / payment icons app with shipping method icons, if the app for displaying payment methods is installed. Important: The shipping icons are implemented in the payment method icons extension.

In order for this to be possible, the plug-in for the shipping methods must be installed before the payment methods plug-in.

Have you already installed the payment method app? No problem. You can uninstall the payment method app, install the shipping method app and then reinstall the payment method app.
