Purpose of the plugin
This plugin allows you to manage frequently asked questions (FAQs) centrally and present them in a structured manner within the shop. Customers gain quick access to relevant information, whilst important content can be clearly grouped together and displayed in the appropriate places within the shop.
Centralised management of FAQs
FAQs are created and managed in the Shopware admin panel. Answers can be supplemented with images, videos, documents and file attachments. Various configuration options are available for displaying FAQ content. Colours, icons, spacing and different display formats can be customised.
FAQs groups
FAQ groups can be created to organise FAQ content. These are used to structure questions and answers by topic. FAQ groups can be assigned to products, dynamic product groups and categories. In addition, a dedicated ‘Experience Worlds’ element is available for integrating FAQs into CMS pages.
Visibility control
The display of FAQs and FAQ groups can be controlled via sales channels and Rule Builder rules. This allows content to be made available specifically for certain areas or under specific conditions. In addition, individual FAQs within a group can be restricted to specific products. Keywords are also available for the automatic assignment of FAQs, which can be matched against the content of the product description.
SEO settings
SEO URLs, meta titles, meta descriptions and other SEO settings are available for FAQs. In addition, the output of structured data (JSON-LD) can be controlled. The accessibility and indexing of FAQ detail pages can be configured globally.
