About the Extension

Purpose of the plugin

The plugin extends the Shopware Rule Builder with numerous additional rule conditions. This allows products, shopping carts, customers and address data to be checked more specifically and used for individual rules. The additional conditions are grouped under “ACRIS Rules” and can be used wherever Shopware Rule Builder rules are supported.

Check products in the shopping cart specifically
Rules can be defined depending on the products contained in the shopping cart. For example, it is possible to check whether all or individual products have or do not have specific tags, manufacturers, categories, properties or custom fields. The product quantity and the applied tax rate can also be taken into account as conditions.

Consider dimensions and shipping data
Additional rule conditions based on length, width, height and other dimensions are available for products. In addition to the maximum product dimension, the girth, the sum of all girths and the total area of the products in the shopping cart can be checked. This makes it possible to implement individual rules for shipping and logistics processes, for example.

Include customer and credit limit data in rules
Customer-specific information can also be used for conditions. Among other things, the plugin allows the customer credit limit to be checked and the shopping cart value to be compared with the credit limit. Restricted payment methods for customers can also be taken into account in rules.

Use custom fields flexibly
Custom fields of products, customers and customer groups can be used as additional conditions in the Rule Builder. This allows individual information from custom fields to be integrated into custom rule concepts. For customers, it is also possible to check whether a specific custom field is empty.

Check billing and shipping addresses in more detail
Additional conditions are available for billing and shipping addresses. In addition to the street, additional address lines as well as regions or states can be checked. This allows rules to be matched even more precisely to the respective customer's address data.

Consider free-shipping products
A dedicated rule condition can be used to check whether all products in the shopping cart are marked as free shipping. This information can then be used in further rule-based Shopware processes.

Display calculated volume and girth
The plugin adds the calculated volume and girth to the packaging information of products. The values are calculated based on the stored product dimensions and support the checking and configuration of dimension-based rules.

Flexibly combine additional rules
The extended conditions can be combined with existing conditions within the Shopware Rule Builder. This makes it possible to create more complex rule sets for different shop requirements and use them in functions that support Shopware rules.

Purpose of the plugin

Mit Hilfe dieses Plugins konnte ich ohne Probleme auch meine komplexeren Versandregeln umsetzen. Support ist zusätzlich sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Für alle größeren Shops definitiv ein Must-Have.

Installation

Open the Plugin Manager via Settings > System > Plugins
Upload, install and activate the plugin

After activation, the additional rule conditions are automatically available in the Shopware Rule Builder. No separate plugin configuration is required.

Create a rule in the Rule Builder

Settings → Automation → Rule Builder

Create a new rule via “Create rule”.
Enter a name, priority and, if required, a description for the rule.
In the conditions section, select the desired additional rule. The conditions provided by the plugin are grouped under ACRIS Rules.
Depending on the condition, select an operator as well as the required values, product properties, categories, manufacturers or other data.
Save the rule and then use it in the desired Shopware areas.

These rules are included

All products in category: Checks whether all products in the shopping cart are assigned to a specific category.
All products with properties: Checks whether all products have specific properties.
All products with manufacturer: Checks whether all products are assigned to a specific manufacturer.
All products with tax rate: Checks whether all products have a specific tax rate.
All products with tag: Checks whether all products have a specific tag.
All products with custom field: Checks whether all products have a specific custom field or a defined value.
All products without manufacturer: Checks whether all products are not assigned to a specific manufacturer.
All products without category: Checks whether all products are not assigned to a specific category.
All products without custom field: Checks whether a specific custom field or defined value is not present for all products.
All products free shipping: Checks whether all products in the shopping cart are marked as free shipping.
One product with tag: Checks whether at least one product in the shopping cart has a specific tag.
Girth from max. dimensions multiplied by product quantity: Calculates the girth based on the maximum product dimensions and the product quantity.
Category: Checks a specific category within the respective rule context.
