Which problem does the Upselling extension solve?
Everything at a glanceThe extension creates the perfect foundation for more revenue per order through the following features:
- Classic Upselling solutions usually load static products without the option to choose the variant. If you for example display a jacket as an Upselling product, the size and color are predefined in many solutions. With our Upselling, your customer selects the desired variant directly in the checkout, both on smartphone and desktop. This way you avoid purchase abandonment due to unsuitable variants.
- Upselling should be context based. It makes little sense to suggest the same products to every customer, regardless of what is already in the cart. Our Upselling allows you to define trigger conditions via dynamic product groups easily and without major effort. This way you only display matching accessories when the corresponding main product is in the cart.
- You sell through several sales channels and need different Upselling strategies per shop? With our Upselling you configure individual Upselling rules per sales channel. Via the priority you additionally control which Upselling is loaded first when several rules apply at the same time.

Yet the checkout is the moment when your customers already have a clear purchase intention. This is exactly where our Upselling comes in and enables you to place additional products with just a few clicks that truly match the cart.
The configuration takes place completely without technical knowledge directly in the Shopware Admin under the "Marketing" tab. You create a new Upselling, assign a name, select the products via a dynamic product group and optionally define for which cart products the Upselling should be displayed. Sorting, maximum number of products and sales channel can also be conveniently selected.
