About the Extension

A fixed price can lead to a higher shopping cart abandonment rate. With BFN's Pay What You Want app, you can give your customers the freedom to pay a product amount that seems justified and affordable to them. This will help you increase sales based on each customer's willingness to pay.

You set a price range with minimum and maximum values, and the buyer has to choose the amount using a price slider. This type of negotiation eliminates the need to ask for a special price or discount. To increase the customer's willingness to pay, there is the option of displaying a visual support to the customer, which is accompanied by a text describing whether the current price is a fair price or whether it is a bit too low after all.

Funktioniert nicht mit Staffelpreisen. Funktioniert nicht mit Preisgruppen.
Funktioniert mit unserem Template offensichtlich nicht. Support-Anfrage diesbezüglich unbeantwortet.
Kleine technische Falle in der Konfiguration: falls Daten versehentlich gelöscht werden, kann keine neue Konfiguration eingetragen werden. Notlösung: Neu-Installation des Plugins.

danke für dein Feedback und deine Bewertung der App. Es tut uns leid, falls du Unannehmlichkeiten mit unserer App hattest.

In deinem Fall war die Frist für die Antwortzeiten noch nicht abgelaufen. Wir geben immer unser Bestes, um schnell und effektiv zu helfen.

Wir haben beim Entwickeln des Plugins bewusst auf die Integration von Staffelpreisen und Preisgruppen verzichtet. Das liegt daran, dass das Plugin so konzipiert ist, dass Kunden ihren Preis selbst bestimmen. Vorschläge und Neuanforderungen nehmen wir gerne auf und schauen, wie wir sie in zukünftigen Updates umsetzen können.

Als Zeichen unserer Kundenorientierung nehmen wir die App zurück.

Der Support antwortet schnell und Programmiert sogar extra noch was rein!
