About the Extension

Targeted Registration for B2B or B2C Customers in Shopware

The “Typed Registration” plugin brings structure to your customer registration process. Instead of letting users choose their customer type, you decide whether only business customers (B2B) or private customers (B2C) can register in a specific sales channel.

The usual selection field in the registration form – such as "I am: Company / Private customer" – is removed by the plugin. Instead, registration is handled automatically based on your configuration per sales channel.

Die Erweiterung macht genau das, was sie soll. Installieren, einstellen, funktioniert sofort ohne Probleme. Endlich eine unkomplizierte Möglichkeit, um in B2B Shops die Privatregistrierungen zu vermeiden. Zusätzlich zur tollen Erweiterung: kompetenter Support mit sehr kurzer Reaktionszeit.

Das Plugin funktionierte lange Zeit einwandfrei. Seit kurzem haben wir immer wieder das Problem, dass unsere Kunden uns kontaktieren, da bei der Registrierung (nur für B2B Kunden) die Felder "Firma", "Abteilung" und "UStId" ausgegraut werden und nicht beschrieben werden können.
Den Support haben wir vor 2 Tagen kontaktiert und warten seitdem noch auf Rückmeldung. Wenn uns hier schnell geholfen werden, hat das Plugin 5 Sterne verdient. So sind es aufgrund der Fehler derzeit nur 3 Sterne.

**Update:
Der Support hat nach meiner Bewertung sehr schnell reagiert und Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir derzeit an der Lösung des Problems. Mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit ist das Plugin nicht für den Fehler ausschlaggebend. Nichtsdestotrotz unterstützt uns der Support weiterhin bei der Ursachenforschung. Wir fühlen uns gut "aufgehoben" und können das Plugin an sich und auch den Anbieter uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Hallo Herr H.

Bitte künftig das Ticketsystem in ihren Shopware Account benutzen. Ihre E-Mail ist leider untergegangen.
Wie in der E-Mail erwähnt, vermuten wir , dass das geschilderte Verhalten im Zusammenspiel mit einem anderen Plugin/des Themes, verursacht wird. Es gab schon länger kein Update unseres Plugins was die technische Funktion betrifft.
Bitte mal prüfen ab wann das Verhalten auftritt und welche Plugins seit dem installiert/aktualisiert wurden. Ggf. kann das Hinweise darauf geben. Beste Grüße Mike Becker

Das Plugin funktioniert hervorragend, auch wenn man mehrere Verkaufskanäle hat. Man kann jedem Kanal zuweisen, wie man die Anmeldefunktion nutzen möchte. Perfekt!
