External order management
No matter which external orders - Amazon, eBay, Hood, Rakuten, Real etc. - are to be imported into your system, using the "external order management" and at least one extension import all orders into your system and give you An optimal overview. Data such as:
- Account / Marketplace
- time
- External order number
- Shop order number
- Sum
- First and last name of the customer
- Current order status
- Current transfer status to the external account / marketplaces
are displayed clearly and structured in the overview of external orders and can be filtered. Further detailed information about the orders (for example, invoice and delivery address) can be called up by clicking. This is by no means all that. Orders can not only be imported automatically. If, for example, you think that an order is to be brought into the system manually, e.g. Because you want to send them immediately, you can do this by clicking the button "Import new orders" on the left side and the external order number (which you find in your account / marketplace).

Correct afterwards
You have the option of changing order data in external order management. If your customer has changed the delivery or invoice address, you can also do this here. It is also possible to postprocess in case of transmission errors or missing customer data, without loss of the order. Deleting orders is also possible.
Automatically adjust shipping status manually or automatically
The matching of the shipping status takes place automatically, as with the order import. If you prefer to do this manually, it is not a problem. Using the icon on the right, you can determine the date of the transmission yourself.
From external orders to shop orders
Finally, the order is exported from the external order management into the shopware order management. There, as usual, the orders can be accessed, e.g. To print documents or to have them retrieved by the WaWi.

Nach nur einer Stunde Einarbeitungszeit sind meine Büromädels und ich hin und weg!
Auf einmal hat man alle Online Bestellungen auf einen Blick, übersieht nichts mehr und muss sich nie mehr Gedanken über den Lagerbestandsabgleich bei Amazon machen.
Über-Verkäufe für die man von der Seller-Central eine auf den Deckel bekommt, gehören somit der Geschichte an.
Alles in Allem sind wir wunschlos glücklich mit unseren neuen Helferlein und sparen im Büro über 1/3 der der Zeit bei der Abwicklung unserer Amazon Bestellungen.
Das nächste Projekt dass wir mit einer weiteren Coolbax Erweiterung angehen werden ist Google Shopping und ich bin mir sicher, dass auch das ein voller Erfolg wird!
Sehr gutes Plugin mit hervorragendem Support
Durch die einfache Installation und der geringen Einarbeitungszeit, sind wir in der Lage viele Arbeitsabläufe sofort umzusetzen und zu automatisieren.
Jedoch wuchsen unsere Ansprüche im laufenden Betrieb und wir nahmen mit dem Support kontakt auf. Auch hier stellten wir von der ersten Minute an fest, wir arbeiten mit Profis. Nach detaillierter Funktionsbeschreibung unserer Wünsche, wurde vom sehr guten Entwicklerteam in kürzester Zeit eine individuelle Erweiterung für das Plugin "Externe Bestellungen" programmiert.
Wer wert auf Zeitersparnis und einen gut erreichbaren Support legt, ist bei der Firma Coolbax und Ihren Erweiterungen in guten Händen.
