eBay is a US company that operates one of the largest online marketplaces. It was founded on September 3, 1995 by Pierre Omidyar in San José, California. The company also offers its services in Europe, for example in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Over the years, the range has expanded from a consumer-to-consumer marketplace with a flea market-like character to a business-to-consumer platform, which means that new goods are offered by commercial dealers, as opposed to second-hand goods from private suppliers.

In order to match the stock in the shop, the article numbers from the shop must also be stored on eBay. If the article numbers are not identical, the orders are imported, but no inventory is compared.
Import of third-party products in one order
Do you have products on eBay that do not yet exist in your Shopware shop? This is not a problem. Like any other order, they are imported and generated in a Shopware order. The plugin takes over all the data it receives from eBay (e.g. prices, quantities, item names, etc.). In this case, the tax rate is taken from the stored standard value in the plugin settings.
Always up to date
As soon as the order is shipped, our extension not only sends the status to eBay, but also transfers the tracking code for shipment tracking. As you can see, you can offer eBay customers as much service as your shop customers and that without any additional effort! This saves you and your employees a lot of time and money.
