About the Extension

Make your international storefronts look truly local! By default, Shopware keeps the same layout, active visibility status, main media/galleries, and cross-selling configurations across all languages.

With our plugin, you gain full control over how your products and categories behave and look in every single language. Instead of duplicating products or categories for different countries, you can now seamlessly override these settings directly in the default administration interface.

For each non-default language, you can independently configure:

1. Active/Visibility Status: Hide specific products or categories in German while keeping them active in English.

2. CMS Page (Layout): Assign a totally different layout to categories or products depending on the language.

3. Media & Gallery: Set language-specific category banners and maintain separate product media galleries (including cover images) to display localized graphics/text on images.

4. Cross-Selling: Assign different cross-selling active states, different product streams, or different manually selected products for different languages.

It has built-in auto cache invalidation and a toggle-based configuration card, giving you high performance and absolute flexibility.

Does this plugin modify the default language data?

No, the default system language data remains completely untouched. Overrides are stored in separate custom tables and only apply when a non-default language is active in the storefront.

Can I disable certain overrides like category active status?

Yes, you can enable or disable active overrides, media overrides, CMS page overrides, and cross-selling overrides independently in the plugin configuration settings.

Does the plugin support cache invalidation?

Yes, the plugin automatically invalidates relevant product and category caches upon saving overrides, ensuring changes are immediately visible to your customers.

Can I set different cover images for different languages?

Yes, you can configure both the cover image and the entire product media gallery per language.

What happens if a language has no override configured?

The storefront automatically falls back to the default language layout, media, and active status configurations.
