About the Extension

Collect SEPA Direct Debit Data in Checkout

The plugin adds input fields for account holder, IBAN and BIC to an existing payment method at checkout. IBAN is validated server-side for correctness, BIC for format validity. The account holder can be auto-filled from the billing address when the name query is enabled.

Multiple Bank Accounts per Customer

In the customer account, your customers manage saved bank accounts as a card overview. They can edit, delete and mark one connection as standard. The IBAN can optionally be displayed masked.

Mandate Reference and Timestamps

On request, the plugin automatically generates unique mandate references via a Shopware number range. It also logs the time of mandate acceptance and the time of reference assignment, displaying both in the customer account.

Select the payment method that should receive SEPA fields
Store creditor ID for mandate text and order
Individually enable queries for BIC, account holder and mandate confirmation
Configure IBAN masking and saving on customer
Optionally activate automatic mandate reference

Subscription Compatibility

With our plugin Subscription model Integration with Mollie and PayPal Vaulting from version 7.5.4, SEPA mandates are linked to subscriptions. Data is carried into recurring orders; a mandate assigned to an active subscription is protected from deletion. Without CoeAboSw6 the plugin works fully standalone.

Does the plugin work without the subscription plugin CoeAboSw6?

Yes. The plugin works fully standalone. The CoeAboSw6 integration is optional and only adds linking of SEPA mandates to subscriptions plus deletion protection for active subscriptions.

How is the unique mandate reference generated?

Through a Shopware number range under Settings › Number ranges › "SEPA mandate reference". You define the format, prefix and start value there. Auto-generation must be enabled in the plugin configuration under "Auto-generate mandate reference".
