Fixed: exporting a shopping experience no longer depends on the admin language of the person who triggers it. A layout's name and content used to arrive empty in the target shop whenever they had no translation in that person's admin language — all existing translations are now transferred as they are, and a language that inherits its content from a parent language keeps inheriting it in the target shop.
-
Added: after the export, the message states what happened to the languages: which language the target shop does not have and therefore did not receive, and which language would have stayed empty there and what it was filled with.
-
Fixed: when the target shop has none of the languages the shopping experience exists in, the export now stops with an error message, names those languages and uses no export quota — it used to report success although nothing arrived in the target shop.
-
Fixed: Exporting a shopping experience failed with "Export failed" when the target shop already held a different medium with the same file name (for example a second "favicon.png" from another theme). Images whose identical content already exists in the target shop are now reused instead of uploaded again; an image that meets an occupied file name is stored under a unique name.
-
Fixed: When transferring an image fails, no empty media entry is left behind in the target shop's "CMS Media" folder.
-
Fixed: Images with special characters such as "&" or "#" in their file name are transferred with their complete name.
-
Improved: Images are now read directly from the media storage for the export instead of being downloaded from their public address — faster, and it also works when the shop cannot reach its own address.
-
Improved: The export error message now also names the reason reported by the target shop (for example CONTENT__MEDIA_DUPLICATED_FILE_NAME).
-
Fixed: With "Skip (Do not upload)" set for already existing media, images in the exported shopping experience stayed empty because they were not linked to the existing medium in the target shop. They now point to that medium.
-
Added: You can now set up several named target shops for the export (name, shop URL, admin user, password). They are managed under Settings → Extensions → Shopping Experiences Export in their own list (add, edit, delete, test connection). Your existing target shop is kept and appears as the first entry. A saved password is no longer shown — leave the field empty when editing to keep it; if you change the shop URL, enter the password again.
-
Added: Exporting a shopping experience now opens a dialog in which you choose the target shop; the first target shop is preselected. "Check connection" in the dialog verifies the selected target shop before you export — incomplete credentials or an unreachable shop are reported immediately instead of surfacing only during the export.
-
Added: Licence and plan management. A new "Licence" card in the plugin configuration shows your plan and the used export quota; exporting a shopping experience counts as usage. The plan overview names each plan's description, what it includes and its export quota. Several target shops are part of the Unlimited plan — on Free and Basic you set up one target shop, and trying to add another shows a hint to the Unlimited plan with a direct upgrade option. If you move back down from Unlimited, additional target shops stay saved and the export uses your first target shop.
-
Improved: When exporting a shopping experience fails, the error message now names the affected element and medium where known, instead of always reporting just "Export failed".
-
Improved: Connections to a target shop now give up after a fixed waiting time instead of hanging on a shop that does not respond. Redirects are no longer followed, and only http and https addresses are accepted as shop URL.
-
Improved: Target-shop credentials are now stored in one place only. The previous login data from the plugin configuration is moved into your first target shop during the update and then removed; uninstalling the plugin without keeping its data removes all stored target-shop credentials.
-
Changed: Testing a target shop's connection in the target-shop list requires the permission to edit the system settings.
-
Added: Your used export quota is now also shown directly in the shopping-experience overview — in the left column below the layout selection, with a progress bar and the moment from which exporting is possible again.
- Fixed: When transferring a Shopping Experience, an image could be wrongly treated as "already present" in the target shop if a different image with the same filename existed there — in "override existing media" mode this could link the wrong target image. Media is now matched by its content (file hash).
- Fixed: The shopping-experience export aborted with an error when an image element was added to the layout page without a custom image assigned. Shopware's default preview images now transfer correctly.
- Improved: Block names, section names, mobile behaviour and section-/block-level background images are now fully included in the export. Previously these values were lost.
- Improved: Images from plugin-defined CMS element types (e.g. layout blocks added by third-party extensions) are now automatically detected and transferred during export, as long as they are set as an image reference inside the element.
- Bugfix for image assignment during transfer to another store
- It is now possible to define what should happen with media that already exists on the target server.
- Media is now created in the CMS Elements folder of the media library.
- Image names, alt texts, and titles are now also transferred.
- Shopware 6.7 compatibility

- Fixed: "Export to other shop" in the shopping experience list's context menu did not reliably open the target-shop dialog, and the dialog closed again on the next click. It now stays open until you export or cancel.
- Changed: "Check connection" is no longer in a shopping experience's context menu; it is in the export dialog and checks the target shop selected there, with the first target shop preselected. The export dialog now also opens when only one target shop is configured.
- Changed: Target shops are now managed under Settings → Extensions → Shopping Experiences Export in their own list (add, edit, delete, test connection) instead of in the plugin configuration. Target shops you already set up are kept. A saved password is no longer shown — leave the field empty when editing to keep it; if you change the shop URL, enter the password again. Debug mode, media handling and the plan overview are available via "More settings" in the plugin configuration.
- Changed: Without the Unlimited plan you can add one target shop; trying to add another shows a hint to the Unlimited plan with a direct upgrade option.
- Improved: The plan overview now summarises the Free plan more briefly.
- Added: Settings → Extensions now has its own "Shopping Experiences Export" area with target shops (add, test connection, remove), media handling, debug mode and the plan overview. In the plugin configuration the former "Login" card is now called "Target shops".
- Improved: Connections to a target shop now give up after a fixed waiting time instead of hanging on a shop that does not respond. Redirects are no longer followed, and only http and https addresses are accepted as shop URL.
- Changed: Testing a target shop's connection now requires the permission to edit the system settings.
- Added: Multiple target shops for the export are now part of the Unlimited plan. On the Free and Basic plans you use a single target as before; with Unlimited you can configure any number of named target shops. If you switch back to Free or Basic, additionally configured targets stay saved and the export uses your first target.
- Added: You can now configure several named target shops for the export (name, shop URL, admin user, password) instead of just one. When exporting a shopping experience you choose which target shop to copy into, and each target can be connection-tested individually. Your existing destination is preserved and appears as the first entry.
- Added: Licence and plan management for the Shopping Experiences export. A new "Licence" card in the plugin settings shows the plan and the used export quota; exporting a shopping experience is counted as usage.
- Added: The context menu of a Shopping Experience now offers "Check connection". It lets you verify before exporting that the target shop is configured correctly and reachable — incomplete credentials or an unreachable shop are reported immediately instead of surfacing only during the export.
- Improved: When exporting a shopping experience fails, the error message now names the affected element and medium instead of only reporting "Export failed".
- Improved: When exporting Shopping Experiences, images already present in the target shop are now recognised even when stored there under a different filename (additional match by file content) — preventing duplicate uploads of the same images. Relevant for shops transferring Shopping Experiences between stores.
- Fixed: When transferring a Shopping Experience, an image could be wrongly treated as "already present" in the target shop if a different image with the same filename existed there — in "override existing media" mode this could link the wrong target image. Media is now matched by its content (file hash).
- Fixed: Custom CSS classes on Shopping Experience sections and blocks are now included in the export.
- Fixed: When transferring a Shopping Experience with "Override existing media" enabled, images in translated slot configurations are now reliably remapped to the target shop's media IDs.
