  • In the registration form appears an additional field for the billing or document mail address.

About the Extension

With our plugin, your customers can specify an individual email address for invoices or other documents.

Which documents are sent to the specified address at what time can be controlled individually with the help of the flow builder.


Example use cases:

- A customer registers with an alternative/invoice e-mail address. In the administration interface, it can now be defined that when an order is received (or other events), an invoice is automatically generated and sent to the defined alternative e-mail address. If no alternative e-mail address is stored, the default e-mail address of the customer is used.


- A business customer registers, but wants to have the invoice sent directly to the accounting department when an order is placed, instead of to his e-mail address.

Das Plugin ist zwar im Ansatz gut, aber leider nicht bis zu Ende gedacht.

Es mag zwar durchaus den Versand von Dokumenten an abweichende Mail Empfänger im Rahmen von Flows realisieren, berücksichtigt die abweichende eMail aber nicht, wenn die Dokumente händisch über das Backend versendet werden sollen oder müssen (was bei uns der Fall ist und wahrscheinlich auch bei anderen Shopbetreibern ab und zu vorkommt).

Fazit: schade aber für uns leider nicht einsetzbar
