About the Extension
This Shopware 6 extension allows you to easily create and manage FAQ entries and assign them to your products and product categories. They are displayed as an accordion on the product and category pages, so your customers find the answer to their question exactly where they are about to buy. Question and answer can be maintained in several languages, the answer in a rich text editor with formatting and links. For every entry you decide whether it appears on product pages, on category pages or on both, and in which order. Entries marked as inheritable automatically apply to all subcategories and to the products they contain, and can be hidden again on a single category or a single product. The bulk editing lets you maintain all of this in one place: the category tree, the entries of the selected category and the products within it sit on one screen, instead of assigning FAQs product by product. On the product itself, the FAQ tab always shows which entries are assigned directly and which are inherited, including the category they come from. The appearance of the FAQ accordion is configurable per CMS element: headline and subline, an optional category filter, dividers, font weight, colours, spacing and element width. Fields you leave empty simply inherit the values of your theme. The advantages of the app for your shop are obvious:

Sind sehr zufrieden!
Absolut empfehlenswert!
Das Plugin wurde technisch und optisch sinnvoll aufgebaut und die Bedienung ist kinderleicht.
Interessant und nützlich ist beispielsweise auch der "Ansichten"-Zähler, um nachvollziehen zu können, wie oft manche Themen geklickt werden.
Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge wurden vom freundlichen Support kurzfristig umgesetzt .
So macht`s Spaß! :)
Mehr als nur eine Empfehlung!
Wir waren auf der suche nach ein FAQ / Q&A / oder wie man solche Plugin´s auch nennt!
Dann haben wir das Helpcenter gefunden und getestet was ja 30 Tage möglich ist :)
Wir hatten aber noch ein paar Wünsche ! Ja okay es war schon fast eine Liste mit Verbesserungen :)
Ich bekam sehr schnell eine Antwort ich dachte erst okay jetzt sagen Sie dir es würde Extra kosten.
Aber falsch gedacht alle Punkte auf der Liste wurden umgesetzt und es erschienen noch am gleichen Tag 2 Updates zum Plugin. Es gibt selten solche Plugin-Anbieter jetzt verstehe ich auch warum Sie sich Codegiganten nennen es macht Sinn. Super Service & Support!
