Our plugin Crisp Integration helps you to offer your customers better, faster and uncomplicated support and thus increase your orders by clarifying customer questions. Crisp is a popular live chat system, which offers a clear administration interface. Crisp also allows you to watch the customer live after writing a message and optionally navigate through the website with a virtual mouse pointer in the pro plan.

Optionally, you can also activate a tool in the plugin settings to encourage the customer to enable cookies for the Crisp Livechat.
