About the Extension
With our app you have the possibility to ask your customers for a rating after an order in cooperation with the Händlerbund.
The RBA widget is used to generate ratings at Shopauskunft.de for online stores. After an order in the store, the customer is asked directly if it is allowed to remind him after a few days for a rating of the order. If the customer agrees, the data is stored in compliance with the European DSGVO and he then receives 7 days after completion of the order an email with the request to evaluate the transaction. If no rating is received, a final request is made 5 days later. This is how you automatically collect ratings for your online store.
