About the Extension

The plugin inserts a request button in the product detail view. Depending on the settings of the plugin, this will only be displayed if the product is not in stock. Additionally, request buttons can be integrated into the shopping worlds. The requests are handled via a lightbox modal. This can also be customized in the CMS by adding text and images to meet individual needs.

The actual request includes the data provided by the user as well as the specific information about which product, category or landing page the request was made. This eliminates the need for follow-up questions à la »What product are you interested in?». You can deal directly with the actual inquiry!
