About the Extension
Invalid or fake email addresses cause failed order confirmations, bounced newsletters and messy customer data. This extension checks email addresses while customers register in your Shopware 6 shop – so problems are caught before the account is created.
How it works
- When a customer registers, the domain of the email address is checked via DNS (MX / A record).
- Addresses from known disposable or temporary email providers are blocked.
- Optionally, new customers receive a verification email through your shop's SMTP; you set how long the link stays valid.
- You choose which checks are active and in which sales channels the validation runs.

Setup
Install and activate the extension, enable it for the desired sales channels, choose the checks and the expiry time, and use the built-in SMTP test to confirm that emails are sent correctly.
