Setup Instructions
- Install the Plugin
Go to Extensions → Store → Search for Blackrobe AI Agent → Install & activate. - Enable in Extension Manager
Navigate to Extension Manager → Enable the plugin. - Configure AI Settings
Go to AI Chatbot Settings to customize each agent.
Required Configuration
No API key required! Only Shopware integration credentials are needed.
Important: You need:
- Shopware API URL: Must end with /api
Example: https://your-store.com/api - Client ID & Secret: From Shopware Admin → Settings → Integrations
Permissions: Admin or Administration - Blackrobe WebApp Email: The email you used to sign up at blackrobe.ai
