Every order records which channel the user came from – Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and others. The organic referrer is captured too, including traffic from AI assistants and ChatGPT Ads. UTM parameters can be configured separately for each sales channel.

Compatibility

Tested with QuickView and the Shopware Evolve CMS elements, Advanced Search from Shopware Commercial, PayPal Express Checkout, the NEON configurator and common discount and coupon plugins. B2B shops can hide price data for guest users, and localStorage entries can be given a TTL.

Das Plugin macht was es soll. Zur Integration kann ein kostenfreier Support-Call gebucht werden bei dem gearbeitet wird, bis es funktioniert. Wir hatten kurzfristig einen Ausfall des Microsoft-Ads Trackings: E-Mail an den Support geschrieben, eine Stunde später spontan einen 1-STÜNDIGEN KOSTENFREIEN Supportcall gehabt und das Problem wurde gefixed. Nebenbei habe ich noch gelernt wie ich das nächste Mal selber den Fehler finde.

Ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein.

PS. in den Bestellungen wird uns angezeigt woher die Bestellung kommt, was es uns ermöglicht endlich sauber unseren Adspend zu analysieren und wir mit einem guten Gefühl unsere Ads skalieren können. Top-Feature

Ich bin super zufrieden! Die Einrichtung wurde total professionell gemacht – und das sogar kostenlos. Es ging um die Anbindung von gleich zwei Shops an Google Ads, GA4 und auch Bing über den Google Tag Manager. Alles lief reibungslos, und der Support war richtig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach eine tolle Firma, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wir haben einige Tracking-Plugins für Shopware ausprobiert und so richtig überzeugt hat nur dieses hier: Vom Funktionsumfang über die Einfachheit der EInrichtung auch Dank der ausführlichen Dokumentation und dieKompatibilität mit mehreren gängigen Cookie-Consent-Tools wie Cookiebot oder Cookiefirst bis hin zu den fertigen Containern für den Google Tag Manager.
Alles funktioniert einfach wie gedacht von der Einrichtung in Shopware bis hin zur Konfiguration im Google Tag Manager.
Und wenn man mal nicht weiter weiß oder eine Frage hat, hilft der Support mit ausführlichen Erklärungen und einem Bugfix innerhalb von 2 Stunden weiter. Einfach sensationell.

Why do my GA4 revenue figures differ from Google Ads?

The most common cause is the net/gross setting: Google recommends net values for GA4, while Google Ads often works with gross values. Check the setting in the plugin and make sure both systems use the same basis. Coupons and shipping costs also affect the value that is sent.

Google can't find a tag on my website – is tracking broken?

No. The plugin implements tracking via Google Tag Manager rather than as a directly embedded Google tag. Verify your tracking in Tag Manager preview mode or in the GA4 DebugView, not via the Google Ads tag check.

Are Meta, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest and TikTok included?

Yes, at no extra cost. All channels are pre-configured in the included container, with consent logic and values for the key events. You only add your respective pixel or account ID.

Does the plugin work with Varnish and other caching setups?

Yes. Customer-specific data is delivered so that it does not end up in the HTTP cache. For custom cache configurations we are happy to review your setup in the free setup appointment.

Are express payment methods such as PayPal Express tracked correctly?

Yes. The purchase event fires on the order confirmation page so that payments via external providers are captured in full. begin_checkout is handled separately for PayPal Express.

Is any data stored before consent is given?

Tracking only starts after consent via your consent manager. localStorage entries used to pass data can be given a lifetime (TTL, 30 days by default) and are cleaned up automatically.
