About Buckaroo

Buckaroo is a payment service provider based in the Netherlands. We help online merchants accept payments across the Benelux, the DACH region and the rest of Europe, combining the local payment methods shoppers recognise at checkout with the reporting and reconciliation tools finance teams need.

Our Shopware extension

The extension is built and maintained in house by our own integration team, so releases follow Shopware's own version cycle rather than a third party's roadmap. Payment methods are configured entirely from the Shopware Administration, with no separate portal needed for day to day work.

• Local and international payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit cards, Wero, wallets and buy now, pay later
• Refunds and captures from the order view in the Administration
• Order status updates through push messages, with retry handling
• Test and live modes, each with its own Store key

Support

Merchants reach our technical support team directly, in Dutch, English and German. Documentation, release notes and the changelog are published publicly, and issues can be reported directly.
