Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der Konfiguration habe ich mich an den Support gewandt, der umgehend und kompetent geantwortet hat. Problem gelöst, nun funktioniert alles wie gewünscht. Sehr umfangreiche Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten. Danke!

Ein Plugin was nur zur Hälfte funktioniert bringt uns auch nichts.

Dieses Plugin funktioniert leider nicht wie erwartet. Für Bestellungen, die direkt über den Shop ausgelöst werden, werden Belege nur bei etwa der Hälfte der Bestellungen erstellt, so dass man manuell jede Bestellung prüfen und dann die fehlenden Belege nacherstellen muss. Bei Bestellungen, die von externen Platformen kommmen (z.B. Amazon), funktioniert das Plugin praktisch gar nicht. Der Support war zunächst zwar zu erreichen, konnte aber leider nicht helfen. Auf unsere letzte Nachricht wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Wir nutzen nun den Shopware Flowbuilder.

Sie haben sich in der Tat (unter einem anderen Firmennamen) an den Support gewandt. Unser Supportmitarbeiter hatte Ihnen daraufhin a) verschiedene Rückfragen zu Ihrem Shop gestellt und b) unterschiedliche Lösungsansätze mitgeteilt.

Leider haben Sie sich daraufhin nicht mehr zurückgemeldet und stattdessen diese Bewertung hinterlassen.

Auch unsere wiederholten Rückfragen über verschiedene Kanäle haben Sie ignoriert. Auf diese Art und Weise können wir Ihnen leider nicht bei Ihren Problemen helfen.
