Highlights

Import and export products and customers using CSV, XML, Excel XLSX or Google Sheets. Save column mappings, schedule recurring jobs and inspect the first 100 rows before importing.

Supplier updates that fit your files

Create an import profile for a supported remote source, match supplier columns to Shopware fields and set the update schedule. Use product update-only mode when you want to change existing products without creating new ones.

For suppliers that add dates to filenames, FTP/SFTP filename patterns can select the most recently modified matching file. Your profile remains available for subsequent updates.

Catalog editing in Excel

Export the product columns you need, edit descriptions, prices or stock values in XLSX and import your changes into Shopware. Reuse saved mappings for repeat work and handle product variants through their parent product numbers.

Order exports and customer data exchange

Choose the order records and output columns needed for reporting or processing in another system. Include line items, select recent orders and apply status filters. Customer import and export supports file-based data exchange with other business tools.

Manufacturers, advanced prices and cross-selling relationships can also be imported and exported. Product reviews and layouts are available for export.

Been waiting for the last update with Excel support. Fully covered one of our product scenarios with importing supplier updates from FTP.
Nice one, saved us a bunch on development, which I'm absolutely happy for!

Das Firebear-Team hat uns geholfen, das Problem mit der Installation zu lösen, das wir aufgrund einer falschen Einrichtung des Shops hatten. Ich war vielleicht am Anfang ein bisschen unfreundlich, aber sie haben sehr gelassen und freundlich reagiert und waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank für Ihre Arbeit.

4 stars, because the app lacks FTP and Excel support yet. Hope it arrives soon.

We needed a tool to upate product properties, and general product information. WE've tried using native export and import for the product updates, with no success however, considering everything had to be split into several files.
With this app, and assistance of Alexey Malynov (thanks again), we've managed to set up the perfect mapping template for the weekly updates.

All my other apps worked great after migrating to our final domain. This one did not. It simply failed working...
In addition, it simply seems not ready yet. Too many features are announced for months but are still not available.
In addition, not being able to work with Excel on the CSVs generated really is a pain. Working with Google Sheets (ass suggested by the developers) is not an option IMHO...
I will certainly give it another try when at least some of the features that have been announced are ready. For the moment, I am a bit frustrated after all....

I'm sorry if the application didn't meet your requirements.
We expect to release support of the Excel XLSX files early February 2022. Editing CSV files with Excel may be troublesome, especially with Excel trying to change the numerals to the date format.
As for migrating application to production, please submit a help desk ticket, we will see how can we assist. Applications are tied to the Shopware domains, and this may be troublesome to transfer.

Genau das haben wir für unseren Produktimport gebraucht! Das Mapping funktioniert hervorragend, alle unsere Lieferantendaten werden ohne Probleme importiert.
Der Support ist auch großartig und schnell. Es gab zwar Probleme mit der Installation, aber es schien ein Problem mit dem Shopware Store Login zu sein. Dank Firebear Team konnten wir die App in unserem Shop installieren. Vielen Dank!

Been running this tool at my test store trying to import products from the Excel converted to CSV. Support did good job explaining what I had wrong in the file and helped me import the produts. Also nice having all product settings in a single file.
I've had prior experience with Firebear at Magento 2 store, the guys know their job. Can recommend
