Import and export products and customers using CSV, XML, Excel XLSX or Google Sheets. Save column mappings, schedule recurring jobs and inspect the first 100 rows before importing.

Supplier updates that fit your files

Create an import profile for a supported remote source, match supplier columns to Shopware fields and set the update schedule. Use product update-only mode when you want to change existing products without creating new ones.

For suppliers that add dates to filenames, FTP/SFTP filename patterns can select the most recently modified matching file. Your profile remains available for subsequent updates.

Catalog editing in Excel

Export the product columns you need, edit descriptions, prices or stock values in XLSX and import your changes into Shopware. Reuse saved mappings for repeat work and handle product variants through their parent product numbers.

Order exports and customer data exchange

Choose the order records and output columns needed for reporting or processing in another system. Include line items, select recent orders and apply status filters. Customer import and export supports file-based data exchange with other business tools.

Manufacturers, advanced prices and cross-selling relationships can also be imported and exported. Product reviews and layouts are available for export.

Try your own workflow

Use the free trial month to test a representative supplier file or a small catalog update. Check the mapping, preview and result against your task, then expand the workflow as needed.

Very good app that fills the 'empty space' Shopware left since version 6 was released. Functional complete, support fast and friendly. Only the speed of import/export might be improved, but most likely due to Shopware (technical) limitations/architecture, all data needs to be processed on Firebear's servers and unfortunately that limits the speed by definition.

Auch ohne große Vorkenntnisse ist dieses Tool wunderbar anwendbar, im Gegensatz zur nativen Export-Import-Funktion von Shopware 6. Wir erstellen Artikel nur noch mithilfe dieser App und arbeiten damit deutlich schneller.
Auch der Support konnte uns bisher immer kompetent helfen und nahm Änderungen bzw. Verbesserungsvorschläge in der App vor. Vielen Dank dafür.

Wenn man schnell und sehr einfach viele Produkte ex- und importieren will, ist die App ein extrem hilfreiches und effizientes Tool. Alles geht auch sehr einfach via Excel und man kann jede Menge Filter verwenden. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde sogar die Limitierung des Varianten-Exports sehr schnell aufgehoben, ein super Service.

Die App bietet viele umfangreiche Möglichkeiten, ist aber dennoch einfach zu bedienen. Gerade für kontinuierliche Bestandsabgleiche aus externen CSV/XML Dateien ist es die perfekte Ergänzung für Shopware 6! Da das Thema doch sehr technisch werden kann hatten wir einige Fragen an den Support. Uns wurde sehr hilfsbereit und gezielt weitergeholfen. Macht weiter so!

Das Shopware bei seiner kostenfreien Integration des Import/Export Tools auf eine Filterungsoption beim Export verzichtet ist nachvollziehbar, denn Sie wollen ja die anderen Editionen verkaufen.
Ein kostenpflichtiges Plugin, dass im Endeffekt eigentlich nur das gleiche kann wie SW bloß bisschen hübscher für knapp 80€ im Monat: eigentlich schon frech.
Theoretisch kann man auch mehrere Profile für den Import anlegen um zeitgleich mehrere Uploads durchzuführen. Falsch: denn sobald man bei einem Profil die Datei ändert wird Sie für alle geändert.

Fazit:
Spart euch das Geld und lernt mit dem Standard umzugehen, dieses Plugin ist sinnlos in dieser Form.

(Support nicht gesprochen daher 3 Sterne)

Zunächst einmal möchten wir den Punkt über Import- und Export profile ansprechen - jeder von ihnen kann eine andere Quelle und Einstellungen haben und sie sind völlig unabhängig. Möglicherweise handelt es sich bei dem Problem, auf das Sie sich beziehen, um einen Fehler, der in den letzten Versionen sicher behoben wurde. Der zweite Punkt betrifft die Funktionen, die im Vergleich zum Standard-Import von Shopware angeboten werden - unsere App verfügt über Dutzende von zusätzlichen Funktionen wie die Unterstützung von XML, Excel, SFTP und mehr. Wir hoffen, dass Sie es noch einmal versuchen und beim nächsten Mal eine bessere Erfahrung machen werden.

The plugin doesn't show the greatest of error messages when things go wrong, but I've received the best support I could with for! They reacted within hours of me sending them problems and we've been able to fix all of them.

I get a 405 error. This would seem to be a programming issue.

If I'm wrong I'm happy to delete the review but it looks to me like someone's programmed get and push is required.

Seems the other reviewers have a different version maybe...?

Update! 9.Mai - TOP!
Wir haben getestet und sind sehr zufrieden. Installation wurde zuvor von Shopware erledigt, der Fehler auf Shopware Seite und wir haben auch von SW eine Gutschrift erhalten. Das Plugin hält was es verspricht. Das einzige was besser sein könnte... es steht wie bei vielen der Support reagiert sehr schnell. Es ist nicht klar, was sehr schnell, schnell oder normal bedeutet,

Plugin wurde Hilfe von Support Shopware installiert, Fehler lag an Shopware und wurde auch mit dem Update 6.4.10 >> Ticket: NEXT-20097 | Could not sign payload with store secret

Das Problem ist für beide Seiten neu, und wir versuchen unser Bestes, um das Problem so schnell wie möglich zu lösen.
Leider gibt es immer noch einige Ungereimtheiten bei der Handhabung der Lizenzen für die Anwendung durch Shopware.
