About the Extension

Import and export products and customers using CSV, XML, Excel XLSX or Google Sheets. Save column mappings, schedule recurring jobs and inspect the first 100 rows before importing.

Supplier updates that fit your files

Create an import profile for a supported remote source, match supplier columns to Shopware fields and set the update schedule. Use product update-only mode when you want to change existing products without creating new ones.

For suppliers that add dates to filenames, FTP/SFTP filename patterns can select the most recently modified matching file. Your profile remains available for subsequent updates.

Catalog editing in Excel

Export the product columns you need, edit descriptions, prices or stock values in XLSX and import your changes into Shopware. Reuse saved mappings for repeat work and handle product variants through their parent product numbers.

Order exports and customer data exchange

Choose the order records and output columns needed for reporting or processing in another system. Include line items, select recent orders and apply status filters. Customer import and export supports file-based data exchange with other business tools.

Manufacturers, advanced prices and cross-selling relationships can also be imported and exported. Product reviews and layouts are available for export.

Try your own workflow

Use the free trial month to test a representative supplier file or a small catalog update. Check the mapping, preview and result against your task, then expand the workflow as needed.

Wir nutzen das FIrebear-Plugin schon seit einigen Jahren, während denen der Umfang kontinuierlich erweitert und verbessert wurde.

Für uns ist die Möglichkeit, Produktdaten zu exportieren, in Excel zu verarbeiten, anzureichern und zu reimportieren, einfach unverzichtbar. Unzählige Stunden der manuellen Bearbeitung in der Shopware-Administration blieben uns so erspart - eine echte Allzweckwaffe.

Hinzu kommt der super Supprt, der schnell und zielgerichtet reagiert.

Nicht ganz günstig, aber für uns jeden Cent wert!

Sehr praktisches Plugin! Produktdaten lassen sich schnell und flexibel per Excel, CSV oder XML importieren und exportieren. Besonders die Spaltenzuordnung und Automatisierung sparen viel Zeit. Klare Empfehlung!

This plugin works like a charm once you learn how to set it up. Good error logging.
Plugin comes with a manual, but I couldn't find everything I needed in there at first glance.
Support helped me promptly to fix my issues, by helping me set it up correctly and by providing a hotfix.

Mit dieser Erweiterung spart man sich Zeit und Ärger beim Im- & Export von Daten von Shopware.
Sehr gute Beschreibung und einfache Handhabung. Sollte etwas nicht funktionieren oder unklar sein, Hilft der Support schnell und unkompliziert weiter. Auch bei größeren Problemen oder Anliegen steht der Support beratend oder Ausführend zur Seite und löst die Thematik für und mit dem Kunden.

Vereinfacht Import und Export um ein Wesentliches, wo das integrierter SW-Import-/Export-Tool an die Grenzen kommt. Funktionalität ist noch erweiterbar. Einige Produktattribute bzw. informationen werden nicht ersetzt, sondern nur ergänzt. Wenn man es im Support anspricht, versuchen die Entwickler das relativ schnell im nächsten Update einzubauen. Daher Top. Support ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir haben das Plugin am 22.05. über den Store gemietet und gleich einen Fehler festgestellt: Es ließ sich kein einziges Produkt importieren (Test-CSV mit 100 Einträgen). Daraufhin haben wir den Support angeschrieben, welcher den Fehler behob. Es konnten also Produkte importiert werden, allerdings wurden sämtliche CustomFields ignoriert.

Das habe ich im Ticket nochmal angemerkt, woraufhin die Bitte nach näheren Infos kam. Wir haben alle Infos ausführlich dokumentiert und kommuniziert und mehrfach nachgehakt. Seitdem meldet sich der Support einfach gar nicht mehr.

Die Idee zum Plugin ist eigentlich sehr gut und würde uns einiges erleichtern. Aber eben nur, wenn das Plugin auch funktioniert und der Support tatsächlich supportet, statt zu ghosten.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie beim ersten Einsatz unseres Import/Export-App auf diese Schwierigkeiten gestoßen sind - genau solche Situationen möchten wir eigentlich durch schnelle und verlässliche Unterstützung vermeiden.

Zu Ihren beiden Tickets hatten wir Ihnen noch geantwortet und dabei auf eine abweichende Spaltenbezeichnung in der CSV sowie auf das Handling der Custom Fields hingewiesen. Da wir seither nichts von Ihnen gehört haben, vermuten wir, dass unsere Nachrichten eventuell im Spam-Ordner gelandet sind.

Wir möchten das Problem selbstverständlich vollständig lösen und melden uns heute zusätzlich direkt per email bei Ihnen. Gerne reproduzieren wir den Import mit Ihrer CSV, passen das Mapping der Custom Fields gemeinsam an.
