Personal Customer Greeting for Every Occasion
A shop that addresses its customers by name and at the right moment instantly feels more personal. Personal Customer Greeting turns the anonymous interface of your Shopware 6 shop into an attentive welcome: your customers are greeted not only by the time of day, but also on their birthday, on holidays, and according to whether they are new or returning.
A greeting for every occasion
Alongside "Good morning", "Good afternoon" and "Good evening" there is now a dedicated night mode – and you set the time boundaries yourself. On a customer's birthday the shop congratulates them automatically using the date stored in their account, and on Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year, Easter, Valentine's Day or Halloween the matching holiday greeting appears. Matching emojis can be switched on or off entirely.
Recognize your customers
New customers receive a warm welcome within a window you define, while returning shoppers are greeted with a "Nice to see you again". For selected customer groups you can set up an exclusive VIP greeting on top – so every audience feels individually addressed.
Your tone, GDPR-compliant
You freely adjust every greeting text with placeholders such as {firstName} or {lastName} and choose between a formal address with the last name and a casual one with the first name. The greetings appear in the header, the account overview and on the checkout confirmation and thank-you pages. The time comes from the customer's browser time zone, no personal data is stored, and all texts are available in 9 languages.

Tut, was es soll!
Lässt man sich so etwas bei einem seriösen Entwickler programmieren, ist man mindestens 1 Stunde los… also >150 Euro. Da ist der Mietpreis fast geschenkt!
Immer schön daran denken, dass man nur Gutes erwarten kann, wenn die guten Geld verdienen… Also mietet dieses Plug-in!
