About the Extension

Add-on for MAIL BUILDER. This extension adds newsletter delivery on top of the MAIL BUILDER visual email editor. The base MAIL BUILDER plugin must be installed and licensed — without it, this add-on cannot be used.

Turn your Shopware store into a complete newsletter tool. Design every mailing in the same drag-and-drop Mail Builder editor you already know, then send it to your confirmed newsletter subscribers — scheduled or immediately — without any external email service provider. Everything runs inside Shopware.

Authoring & audience

  • Get started fast with 6 ready-made newsletter starter templates — Botanical, Bold & dark, Editorial, Soft pastel, Corporate and Product focus — that automatically pick up your brand colours.
  • Design newsletters in the visual Mail Builder editor with recipient, customer and unsubscribe variables.
  • Audience = confirmed recipients (double opt-in or direct) of the selected sales channel and language, with a live count.
  • Reuses Shopware's core newsletter recipients, so your existing opt-in forms and GDPR export keep working.

Sending & scheduling

  • Send immediately or schedule for later; cancel a schedule anytime.
  • Batched, rate-limited dispatch queue that stays under your SMTP host's hourly limit (default 200/hour).
  • Live progress (sent / total / failed) and a pre-send checklist that blocks incomplete newsletters.
  • Send a test mail to any address before you go live.
