About the Extension

With this plugin it is possible to store manufacturers (Catalogues->Manufacturers) as suppliers or to manage your own suppliers (Catalogues->Suppliers) in order to be able to inform them when an order is placed.
When the supplier is informed is determined by means of a status. For example, if you define the order status 'Paid' for this and set this in the order,

then the supplier will be informed about the products in the order for which he is defined as the manufacturer by e-mail.

Compatible with the ‘Edit PDF Document Template’ plugin.

The plugin’s template can be loaded, and the PDF document can be edited in the admin panel.

When the supplier is notified is determined by a status. For example, if you define the order status as 'Paid' and set this status in the order, the supplier will be notified by email about the products in the order for which they are assigned as the manufacturer.

Alternatively, it is also possible to notify the supplier immediately when the order is received.
At the bottom of the order in the backend, under the additional fields, you can see whether the order information has already been transmitted to the supplier:

If you want to resend the order, you can do so by clicking the button for the respective supplier.
To identify whether the order contains a supplier item, there is a notice under Delivery (Dropshipping):

'The order will be delivered via dropshipping.'
New feature: CSV export for suppliers is now available on a per-order basis. CSV files can be stored on the FTP server and sent to the dropshipping partner as an email attachment. The CSV export can be configured with the required field types and delimiters.
CSV File Storage: A folder name must be specified here. This folder will be created under files/, and the CSV files will be stored there when saved.

New feature: A DHL label can be sent to the supplier as an attachment. It is generated automatically when the configured trigger is executed. A separate house number is mandatory for shipping label generation. If the house number field is enabled, it becomes a required field during both registration and checkout.

The email template for the order information is named 'Dropshipping Partner Delivery Note' and can be edited if required.
Note: This template is not modified during updates and can be fully customized for your own purposes. Therefore, the default version of the template may differ from your customized version.

Email Templates: An additional email template (v2) is now available, offering more advanced output options.

The order information is designed so that each supplier only receives information related to their own products and not the entire order.

ATTACHMENTS: In the extension configuration, it is now possible to enable the attachment of delivery notes and/or CSV files.

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: As an alternative to manufacturers, a dedicated supplier management feature is now available. If a supplier is assigned to a product via the Dropshipping Supplier dropdown, that supplier takes precedence over the manufacturer.

TEST MODE: A test mode has been added to the plugin configuration. When enabled, all emails are sent only to the configured email address instead of the actual supplier or manufacturer.

Mit dem Plugin kann ganz einfach Droshipping implementiert werden. Die (Teil-)Rechnung wird direkt mitgegeben. Der Support ist schnell erreichbar und hilft super schnell bei Problemen oder Erweiterungen des Plugins!

Man kann mit dem Plugin Lieferanten anlegen und die erhalten dann immer eine Mail mit nur den Bestellpositionen für die sie zuständig sein sollen. Das ist genau das, was wir brauchten. Außerdem reagiert der Support sehr schnell und freundlich.

How can I remove the checkbox for "Order sent to manufacturer"?

To do this, click on the edit button at the top right of the order.

DHL label is not created and not sent as attachment

1. Check in the DHL extension to make sure the credentials are valid. The manual creation of the labels must work. 2. The field for the separate house number must be activated and this separate house number must be present in the order.

How can I assign suppliers in the database or via SQL?

In the table “product” in the column “hueb_supplier_id”, the supplier can be assigned by “Id”. The suppliers can be found in the table “huebert_supplier_translation” and the corresponding id in the column “huebert_supplier_id”.
