About the Extension

The plugin Matomo Tracking offers you the possibility to implement Matomo (Demo) as an alternative to Google Analytics in your store.

The plugin does not support Matomo TagManager.


What is Matomo?

Matomo is the leading open source web analytics software used by more than 460,000 websites. With Matomo you get numerous possibilities to track (record) the visitor streams of your shop and to analyze them according to different criteria (e.g. number of visitors of your shop, length of stay, bounce rate, actions, etc.). Due to the possibility to host Matomo yourself, all collected data is stored locally and not as with Google Analytics in the USA, which makes your shop stand out positively for data protection.

We cannot provide support for problems with Matomo TagManager or the basic setup and configuration of Matomo (on-premise or cloud).

Das Plugin tut genau das was es soll. Dazu gibt es ein schnellen Support, der freundlich und hilfsbereit auf Fragen und Schwierigkeiten reagiert. Kann ich weiterempfehlen

Das Plugin ist schnell installiert und konfiguriert. Anschließend ein wenig warten und man hat seine Daten in Matomo, also alles sehr bequem.

Können das Plugin nur empfehlen. Hatten Probleme beim Tracking in Zusammenhang mit Cookie First. Herr Eisenführer konnte das Problem sehr schnell lösen. Wir sind begeistert.

ich möchte das Abbo verlängern und mit dem Hersteller in Kontakt treten - geht schwierig bis gar nicht, da keine Links oder Hinweise zu finden sind - evtl. meldet sich Hr. Eisenberger, wenn er dies hier liest

Hallo Robert,

klar melde ich mich. Hätte ich auch, wenn Sie mir eine Support Anfrage gesendet hätten. Geht eigentlich in Ihrem Account, wo die Plugins verwaltet werden. Zumindest bekomme ich darüber normalerweise Supportanfragen.

Aber kurz zur Abo Verlängerung: Grundsätzlich kann ich zu den Abo Konditionen relativ wenig sagen bzw. machen. Ich habe das Plugin programmiert und stelle es im Store zur Verfügung. Jegliche Abwicklung übernimmt (gegen einen Opulus) Shopware AG. Sofern es bei der Abo Verlängerung überhaupt um die Konditionen geht.

Aber wie gesagt, gerne eine Supportanfrage stellen. Dann kann ich evtl. Ihre Frage detaillierter beantworten.
