Klarna ist an manchen Stellen etwas eigen was automatisches capturen betrifft, der Händlersupport ist in Ordnung aber manchmal frustrierend und sich im Checkout einfach "sofort bezahlen" statt "Klarna sofortbezahlen" oder "sofort bezahlen mit Klarna" zu nennen ist schon etwas frech.

Aber immerhin ist der technische Support gut und hilfsbereit.

Bei uns warf das Plugin bei den Klarna Zahlungsarten Fehler, die nicht weiter definiert wurden.
Uns half der Klarna Support sehr schnell, freundlich und kompetent und wies uns darauf hin, dass man Klarna nur sehr eingeschränkt im B2B Bereich einsetzen kann. Diese Info erklärte den Fehler.

Zwei Sterne Abzug bei Funktionalität und Benutzbarkeit, wegen der fehlenden B2B Unterstützung. Der Support war aber echt super! :)

Hallo,
leider können wir das KLARNA Plugin NICHT nutzen, weil KLARNA überraschenderweise (noch) gar kein B2B-Zahlungen anbietet (Ausnahmen sind hier Schweden, Norwegen, Finnland) UND diesbezüglich leider bei den Voraussetzungen NICHT darauf hingewiesen wird/wurde das es für mögliches B2B nur sehr sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar ist!

Für den Zahlungsverkehr mit dem privaten Endkunden kann man das Plugin gebrauchen und es hat funktioniert - so kommen doch ein paar Sterne zusammen!
