About the Extension
Track your conversions in Microsoft Advertising. This app sends your order data on order completion (in Shopware Storefront) directly to Bing Ads by Microsoft.
A conversion is recorded when someone interacts with your ad or product listing. Conversion tracking captures what happens after the customer interacts with your ad. You can see if the customer bought your product, signed up for your newsletter or downloaded your app.
By measuring this data, you can further optimize your campaign by learning exactly which ads are most effective and which ones you should revise or turn off.
The following events are tracked: homepage, ‘Add to basket’ event, category browse page, search results page, shopping basket page.
Note: Up to v5.0.0 only the Cookie Consent Manager from Shopware is supported. As of v5.0.1, alternative cookie consent managers are also supported.
Configuration
- Active: Enable the extension.
- UET tag: Enter the Microsoft Advertising UET tag here.
- Currency (eg.: EUR): Enter your preferred currency in this field.
- eCommerce-Tracking enabled: Enable this option if you wish to use eCommerce tracking.
- Data transfer Gross / net: Select whether the data should be transferred to Microsoft Advertising as gross or net values. Recommendation: Net value.
- Data transfer Price: Select whether the order value should be transferred including or excluding delivery costs. Recommendation: Order price excluding delivery costs.
- Use the Shopware cookie consent manager: Enable this option if you use the Shopware Cookie Consent Manager in your online shop.
- Alternative cookie consent manager: Skript type: Enter the script type for the alternative Cookie Consent Manager here.
- Alternative cookie consent manager: Data attribute: Enter the data attribute of the alternative Cookie Consent Manager here.

General
Our extensions are based on standard functions of Shopware 6 (Community Edition) and the standard responsive theme. Individual or heavily customised themes cannot be taken into account during development. In such cases, adjustments may be necessary to ensure full compatibility.
Compatibility
Our extensions are generally compatible with each other. If functions are mutually exclusive or overlap, we explicitly point this out in the extension description.
We guarantee compatibility with the Community Edition and the standard theme. If you encounter any difficulties, we will of course be happy to assist you. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party extensions or Shopware Premium extensions.

Please check the following in advance:
- Latest version of the extension installed
- Valid rental licence
- Error also occurs in the standard theme
- Third-party extensions are deactivated
- No custom code modifications to the extension
For the analysis, we require:
- Unrestricted admin access
- Additional SSH or database access, if necessary
Important: You are responsible for setting up and removing access. We also recommend a staging or development environment for support.
If it is determined that the cause is not related to our extension (e.g. theme customisations, third-party plugins or server configuration), further analysis will be carried out at a charge after prior consultation.
Trial version
