About the Extension
The extension enables you to implement the requirements of the EU CLP/REACH regulation for your online shop. With the help of the extension, you can display the H- and P-statements, EUH-statements, symbols and hazard information, biocide notice, UFI, supplier details, product identifier and nominal quantity, as well as a CLP notice for consumers, directly in the description of your affected products. This way your customers are informed quickly and clearly.
With our extension you can also easily add further CLP statements to supplement your online shop with additional notices.
Display in the shop
The extension offers you various display options for the notices in your shop. The notices can be shown on the product detail page, in the shopping cart and in the listing/category view.Further options are available for each display. On the product detail page, the notices can be shown as a short overview or a complete overview. The notices can be displayed on the product detail page either below the buybox, below the description, or at an individual position using the Shopping Experiences element "CLP/REACH description".
In the listing, the hazard information appears when hovering over the add-to-cart button. Before that, the notices are not visible.
General display options
You can also define options for the general display of the notices:
- The H- and EUH-statements can be shown together under the "Hazardous substance guidelines" section in the shop.
- The name of the hazard statement, such as H201, can optionally be displayed, as can the category headings.
- It is also possible to display statements of the same category, for example several P-statements, inline. This means several statements are shown per line.
Assignment in the admin area
In the admin area, the notices can be assigned in the product details. You can select a statement either via the number of the statement/pictogram, e.g. H201 or GHS01, or via its meaning. For example, you can enter the word "eyes" and all notices containing that word will be displayed, from which you can then select the appropriate one.
The pictograms are displayed next to the statement number to make selection easier.
The details for the unique formula identifier (UFI), product identifier, nominal quantity and CLP supplier are maintained in the additional fields of the product. In addition, the option for a biocidal product can be activated there and the authorization number can be stored.
Custom standard statements
The CLP regulation includes, among other things, standard statements with placeholders (e.g. EUH208: Contains ... . May produce an allergic reaction.). You can maintain these placeholders via the additional fields of the "CLP/REACH product" set and customize them individually per product.GHS hazard symbols
The so-called hazard symbols are represented in the CLP/REACH regulation by the hazard pictograms of the GHS system. Each pictogram is assigned a GHS number.
Options
Global appearance
- Combine H and EUH as H: The H and EU phrases are displayed together under a single heading when this option is enabled.
- Show pictogram name for view mode "Full" (e.g. GHS01 - Exploding bomb: Explosive): If this option is enabled, the pictogram description is displayed; otherwise, only the pictogram is shown
- Show sentence name (e.g. H201): Specify whether the phrase name should be displayed.
- Show sentence headline (e.g. Hazard Statements): Enable this option to display the headings for the respective phrases.
- Shop sentences inline (multiple per line): Enable this option to display multiple phrases one after the other.
- Appearance under buybox: Choose whether the notes below the Buy Box should be hidden, shown in the short overview or displayed in full.
- Appearance under product data: Choose whether the notes below the product details should be hidden, shown in the short overview or displayed in full.
- Show P-sentences: Select this option to display the P-sentences.
- Show in cart: Select this option to display the hazard warnings in the shopping basket below the product.
- Show P sentences: Select this option to display the P-phrases.
- Show in offcanvas cart: Select this option to display the warnings in the off-canvas shopping basket as well.
- Show in listing: Select this option to display the hazard warnings in the product box when hovering over the shopping basket button.
- Show P-Sentences: Select this option to display the P-phrases.
Mandatory information (distance selling)
- Show mandatory information (UFI, supplier, product identifier, nominal quantity): Select this option if you want the mandatory fields to be displayed in the shop.
- Show on product detail page: Enable this option to display the mandatory information on the product detail page.
- Show in cart and offcanvas cart: Specify whether the mandatory information should be displayed in the shopping basket and the off-canvas shopping basket.
- Show in listing: Specify whether the mandatory information should be displayed in the product box when hovering over the shopping basket button. Note: This may make the listing overlay appear cluttered.
- Shop nominal quantity: Enable this option to display the nominal quantity. The sales unit and the product unit are used for the nominal quantity.
CLP supplier (fallback for all products)
- Name: Enter a name here to be used if no supplier is specified either for the product (additional field) or for its manufacturer.
- Address: Enter the address here to be used if no address is specified either for the product (additional field) or for its manufacturer.
- Telephone Number: Enter a telephone number here to be used if no telephone number is stored either for the product (additional field) or for its manufacturer.
- Read supplier details form the manufacturer as well: Select this option if the supplier details are also maintained for the manufacturer and you wish these details to be displayed. The details will only be displayed for products that have an assigned CLP statement.
Mandatory notices
- Show CLP notice for customers: Enable this option to display the notice “Always follow the information on the product label” globally in the shop for CLP items.
- Show biocide notice and authorisation number for products marked as biocidal products: Select this option to display the warning “Use biocidal products with care. Always read the label and product information before use” for items labelled as biocidal products.
- Show CLP-assignment on product page in administration: Deactivate this option to hide the CLP classification on the product page in the admin area. This may be necessary, for example, when using a merchandise management system.
Included languages
The hazard warnings are available in the languages for the following countries:
Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Spain
Further information
General
Our extensions are based on standard functions of Shopware 6 (Community Edition) and the standard responsive theme. Individual or heavily customised themes cannot be taken into account during development. In such cases, adjustments may be necessary to ensure full compatibility.
Compatibility
Our extensions are generally compatible with each other. If functions are mutually exclusive or overlap, we explicitly point this out in the extension description.
We guarantee compatibility with the Community Edition and the standard theme. If you encounter any difficulties, we will of course be happy to assist you. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party extensions or Shopware Premium extensions.

Please check the following in advance:
- Latest version of the extension installed
- Valid rental licence
- Error also occurs in the standard theme
- Third-party extensions are deactivated
- No custom code modifications to the extension
For the analysis, we require:
- Unrestricted admin access
- Additional SSH or database access, if necessary
Important: You are responsible for setting up and removing access. We also recommend a staging or development environment for support.
If it is determined that the cause is not related to our extension (e.g. theme customisations, third-party plugins or server configuration), further analysis will be carried out at a charge after prior consultation.

Ein kleines Manko ist leider die Dokumentation. Könnte ausführlicher im Bereich csv/xml Export eines Verkaufskanal sein. Wie Wäre es mit einem frei zugänglichen Wiki auf eurer Webseite?
