About the Extension

Import Trusted Shops reviews into your shop. This way you can benefit from more ratings directly in your shop. With this app you can display Trusted Shops reviews like normal reviews in your online shop. The standard Trusted Shops app integrates the reviews via Javascript. Therefore, the Trusted Shops reviews and the normal reviews are not displayed consistently. Our app solves this problem. The ratings are assigned to the items based on the product number.
Once a day, new reviews are searched for on Trusted Shops and then synchronised into your shop. In addition, existing reviews are updated once a week, for example to transfer a response from the shop operator to the Shopware shop.

Options

Note: The plugin imports the product ratings from Trusted Shops. For this, the necessary module must be active and booked with Trusted Shops.

No service ratings are imported.

Note: The options must be defined for each sales channel. The values from "All sales channels" are ignored.

• eTrusted Client ID: Enter your eTrusted Client ID here.
  
• eTrusted Client Secret: Enter your eTrusted Client Secret here.
  
• Activate reviews automatically: active / inactive: If this option is activated, the reviews are automatically approved for display in the shop.
  
• Activate reviews automatically - minimum points: Define the star rating from which the reviews are displayed in the shop.
  
• Fallback customer name: Enter the customer name that should be stored by default for Trusted Shops reviews.

Further information

General
Our extensions are based on standard functions of Shopware 6 (Community Edition) and the standard responsive theme. Individual or heavily customised themes cannot be taken into account during development. In such cases, adjustments may be necessary to ensure full compatibility.

Compatibility
Our extensions are generally compatible with each other. If functions are mutually exclusive or overlap, we explicitly point this out in the extension description.
We guarantee compatibility with the Community Edition and the standard theme. If you encounter any difficulties, we will of course be happy to assist you. We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party extensions or Shopware Premium extensions.

Support
Our support team is happy to help! Please submit your support request via your Shopware account.
Please check the following in advance:

• Latest version of the extension installed
• Valid rental licence
• Error also occurs in the standard theme
• Third-party extensions are deactivated
• No custom code modifications to the extension

For the analysis, we require:

• Unrestricted admin access
• Additional SSH or database access, if necessary

Important: You are responsible for setting up and removing access. We also recommend a staging or development environment for support.
If it is determined that the cause is not related to our extension (e.g. theme customisations, third-party plugins or server configuration), further analysis will be carried out at a charge after prior consultation.

Trial version
When you rent for the first time, you can test our extension free of charge for 30 days. Use the trial period to check out all the features at your leisure. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to assist you at any time.
