About the Extension

With our app, you can store a shipping address for a shipping method selected by you. If now in the ordering process, the shipping method selected by you is active, the configured delivery address is automatically stored on the order overview page. Thus, when choosing the shipping method "pickup", the customer is directly shown where the pickup will take place and it is documented in the order confirmation. The extension allows you to define different pick-up locations, each of which is assigned to its own shipping method.
Optionally, the option "Show collection date?" can be activated. This allows the customer to select a collection date in the online shop. If the customer selects a collection date, this is also recorded in the custom field "Dispatch plugin - Collect date" when the order is placed.

When creating a picku p address, you can use the ‘Allowed dates’ and ‘Allow pick up on specific days’ features.

If you define a date under ‘Allowed dates’, the customer can only select this date for collection when selecting the date in the online shop; the other dates in the calendar are greyed out. This feature is useful if, for example, you want to enable collection from your stand at trade fairs or events.

If you activate the ‘Allow pick up on specific days’ option, you can define the days of the week for which your customers can select collection. All other days of the week are greyed out in the calendar. You can also select the earliest collection date or the latest collection date. If you enter a 0 for the earliest collection date, the customer can select the same day as the collection date. For the latest collection date, you specify how far in advance your customer can choose the collection date. Example: Collection is only permitted on a Wednesday, a 0 is entered for the earliest collection date and a 14 for the latest collection date. The customer now orders on a Wednesday. He could then select the collection for the same day and all Wednesdays within the 14 days.

General information
Our apps are developed on the basis of the standard functionalities of the basic Shopware 6 system. This applies to the functionalities and designs of the basic system. Individual themes cannot be taken into account when developing the app. It may therefore be necessary to make individual adjustments to the theme in order to display all elements/functionalities correctly.

Compatibility
We develop our apps with compatibility in mind. If compatibility cannot be guaranteed, we will note this in the app description. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our apps with apps from other manufacturers. Due to the large number of apps offered in the Shopware Community Store, a compatibility check is not possible. Likewise, we cannot guarantee compatibility with Shopware apps that are not included in the Community Edition.

Support
We will check whether the specified error is caused by our apps or has another cause. Depending on the result of the investigation, we will inform you whether the rectification is chargeable or not. If independent changes have been made to our apps, the work involved will be invoiced. 

Test version
You can easily test all apps available in the Shopware Community Store from LENZ eBusiness.
