About the Extension
The extension creates a file containing the order data from your Shopware store, which you can retrieve from your server using a special link from Power BI and by entering your login details. This allows you to create individual and detailed reports and gain deep insights into your business performance. With this information, you can make informed business decisions, optimise your sales strategies and promote the growth of your online shop.
The export file contains customer data, orders and the respective order items.
Notice: The export file is created using scheduled tasks. If the shop data is extensive, it may take longer to create the export files, as the scheduled tasks have to be run several times.

Technical information
- Access is via the Shop API /lenz-power-bi-export/. Further information can be found in our documentation at docs.lenz-ebusiness.de
- The exports can be loaded via a URL and imported into Power BI. The URL can be called up via the following request via Shell:

In-app purchase
- 30 days: By default, the free version exports data from the last 7 days; extend the period to 30 days with an in-app purchase.
- 1 year: By default, the free version exports data from the last 7 days; extend the period to 1 year with an in-app purchase.
- Unlimited: By default, the free version exports data from the last 7 days; extend the period to unlimited with the in-app purchase.
